Apsaras

The first Advanced A80 was built for a Hong Kong owner who fell in love with the Advanced A66 but wanted a larger vessel for his ambitious circumnavigation and racing program. APSARAS is designed for long ocean voyages and built with ease of use and reliability in all conditions. Presented at the Monaco Yacht Show, APSARAS left the Mediterranean and took part in the ARC Rally, winning the cruising category. After a season in the Caribbean, she returned to the Mediterranean to begin her round-the-world voyage. She sailed through South Africa, Madagascar, the Philippines, ultimately reaching Australia. During this demanding program, she participated in major regattas, including the gruelling Sydney-Hobart race. After a short break, she set sail again for the Pacific to complete her round-the-world voyage.

A study in design that created a truly relaxing environment.

Light Wind Performance

The Advanced A80 sails in the lightest of winds, ensuring engines are rarely used, and even rarer noticed.

Bluewater Protected Cockpit

Safe for bluewater cruising as proven in multiple circumnavigations, but ergonomic and inviting for outdoor entertaining.  The A80 deck has the versatility to be safe offshore and also appeal to regatta racers.

Ecological
Philosophy

Advanced Yachts has an ecological philosophy rooted in our awareness of our manufacturing footprint, and the onus on us to consider our marine environment.

That’s why our ecological philosophy stretches from; the construction phase where recycling plastic materials and careful resin waste are controlled, the onboard systems which recapture excess energy, the new Advanced hybrid propulsion system, and even the Advanced Eco interiors – which aim for a completely pollutant free living space.
